Formed in the UK in 1986, the Concert Promoters Association works to promote the interests of its members; and to represent them at a national level both to the public, and to other organisations, such as UK Music, the Office of Fair Trading, the Home Office, and the Departure of Culture, Media & Sport.

In 1997, the Concert Promoters Association drew up a Code of Conduct, which all its members agreed to adhere to. You can also view the Code of Conduct on this website.

After consultation with the Office of Fair Trading, a standard list of Concert Ticket Terms and Conditions has been published and can be used by our members for their own concert tickets.
